What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Minimum order is 500 pcs per design — that is the digital printing minimum, which is exactly why there is no plate fee: nothing extra to set up.
Gravure printing starts at 3,000 pcs. The unit price drops sharply, but gravure needs one engraved cylinder per colour, so a one-off plate cost applies. It is charged once, quoted in writing before production starts, and reorders of the same size and artwork pay no new plate fee.
Packing tape starts at 500 rolls, adhesive labels at 500 pcs. Tell us your quantity and we quote both routes so you can compare.
Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We offer digital printed samples in 5–7 days. Blank stock samples are free — you only pay the courier fee. Custom-printed samples have a small sample fee, which is fully refunded when you confirm the bulk order. Just send us your size and usage to WhatsApp to arrange it.
I don't have a design yet. Can you design for me?
Absolutely — free design support is included. Send us your logo, product photos or even just a rough idea, and our designers will prepare print-ready artwork for your approval before anything goes to press. We can also match a reference bag you like — just send us a photo.
What is the production lead time?
Samples: 5–7 days. Mass production: typically 10–15 days after artwork confirmation and deposit, depending on quantity and process (special finishes like matte, foil or spot UV may add 2–3 days). Rush orders can be arranged — tell us your deadline and we'll confirm honestly.
How do you ship? Can I receive goods at my door?
We ship worldwide by express (DHL/FedEx/UPS), consolidated freight lines, rail, China–Europe truck express, air and sea. For most first-time buyers we recommend door-to-door service (DDP) — you pay once, we handle customs, and packages arrive at your address with no extra fees. For larger orders we offer consolidated container lines with fixed schedules and lower unit freight, mixing different products in one shipment. Available to the US, EU, UK, AU, Middle East, Southeast Asia and more.
Are your materials food-safe? What certifications do you have?
Yes. We use food-grade laminated films compliant with FDA and EU migration standards, and can provide test reports (SGS) per order. Our factory operates under ISO 9001 quality management, and BRC-grade production controls are applied to food packaging lines.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms: 30% deposit + 70% balance before shipment. We accept T/T bank transfer and PayPal for sample fees. Long-term repeat partners can discuss more flexible terms.
